AOC has just announced a portable monitor unit uses USB interface. AOCe1649fwu with LED technology and contrast ratio 50.000.000 : 1 and response time only 5 ms. This monitor would be useful for netbook user to add viewing wideness by set it into dual mode.
This Display supports laptop or PC usage, as long as USB interface prepared. However, USB usage becomes obstacle since it’s not used to play HD content. To use it, there only need USB connection and power, also from USB port. The 16 inches monitor is provided resolution to 1366 x 786 pixels. It’s equipped with stand which can be folded if it’s not used and it can be functioned whether in landscape or portrait position.
