As we knew, that zero (0) is not negative. But why in Ms. Excel 2007 document, the number is written with negative symbol in front of it? It appears often because of display format problem you used. As example, value you have is -0.0000021, so, what will be displayed is -0.00 if the decimal can be displayed is too short. The easiest solution for this problem is by round up the number.
It’s so easy. First, you should use formula =ROUND(A1) to round up value in cell A1. the other way you can use is by re-arranging Microsoft Excel configuration you used through Excel Option menu. After opened it, select Advanced menu (on the left side). Then, search part named: “When calculating this workbook”, then you select line “Set precision as displayed”. Microsoft Excel would display window pop up contained warning, then click on OK button to return and see the change
