ADVAN VANDROID T1C: Offers Phone and Text Message Function with Attractive Price - gadget update daily

 

This Advan produced Tablet uses plastic material which is covered with black color in all its body. In this product, Advan chose to use seven inches screen with 800x400 resolutions. In this screen, lay a difference of two Vandroid tablet variances. Vandroin TI carries resistive technology on screen it provided, while Vandroid TIC uses capacitive technology (suitable in C code in its series).

Display quality in Vandroid TIC seems good also supported with good responsiveness, whether in exploring menu or rotating the screen.

From specification side, it seemed nothing special from this Advan Vandroid. Processor assembled inside it “only” has 600 MHz speed, which is Qualcomm MS M7227-1 ARM11. while RAM provided by it is 512 MB.

When we try to play a game in this tablet, game such as Angry Birds and KungFu Warrior can be played smoothly. But when played game needed G-Sensor such as Backbreak2 Vengeance, G-Sensor provided could not run well. Had difficulties to move the player on the right side. Unfortunately, there’s no option to find G-Sensor calibration which used to be existed on Display Setting sub-menu. In other case, Guerilla Bob game could not pass the installation process. It’s probably because of the difference of system requirements needed between game and tablet.

Move to sound side, this tablet produce loud sound with quite good quality when listening a song or playing game.

Outside its ‘mediocre’ quality, this tablet has advantage with phone and text message functions because of the availability of SIM card GSM slot. With ‘only’ seven inches dimension, you can type to send text message using two hands, so the typing would be easier.

Using Tablet without browsing, feels like something incomplete. When tested, this tablet has quite good performance when it’s used to surf the Internet. Unfortunately, this tablet still not supports multitouch feature to do zooming.

There’s one unique thing when it’s tested to use Live Wallpaper. Auto rotate feature in fact cannot function well when enter the menu to select the Wallpaper used. Screen orientation become landscape although the tablet is held with portrait orientation.
