LG OPTIMUS 3D

 A new breakthrough once again is created by LG. Korean company which has just released LED TV 3D named Cinema 3D launched a mainstay smart-phone included into Optimus family. In this 2011, LG has released three LG smart-phone which each of them has their own uniqueness. The newest Optimus series has been available on Test Center is LG Optimus 3D.

Hearing the name, you’d probably ask, has this smart-phone adopted 3D screen technology? For you who answered “Yes”, you’re right. LG Optimus 3D became one of the first smart-phone with 3D technology screen. What’s like 3D feature discussed here?
Relying on upper class specification, such as dual-core processor with 1 GHz speed, RAM 512 MB, and internal memory 6 GB, made this smart-phone has optimum performance in displaying its mainstay features. Still on recent trend, LG Optimus 3D uses Android 2.2 operating system. This smart-phone has special user interface from LG which is a little bit different from its competitor smart-phone. Because it have 3D feature, LG assembled a menu named 3D Space. Inside the menu, you’ll find sub-menu 3D such as 3D Gallery, 3D Games & Application, 3D Youtube, and 3D Camera.
Just like 3D TV, LG Optimus 3D is able to play and display 3D content perfectly, even you don’t need to use special goggle to enjoy 3D performance displayed. The kind of 3D video widened is 3D side by side (SBS) and you just need to activate 3D mode to get the 3d display, surely with manageable depth level as your expectation. Besides, LG Optimus 3D is also able to convert video into 3D, but surely the result is far difference with 3D video native.
To enjoy 3D performance perfectly, you need watching distance about 20-45 cm straight angle. It’s probably less comfortable for you, but it’s worth since you don’t have to wear 3D goggle to enjoy 3D content.
In addition of playing and displaying 3D content, this smart-phone also able to make 3D photo and video. The result is quite satisfying with good quality, especially on photo produced. Picture produced seems “out” of the screen. LG Optimus 3D also has three 3D games installed inside, they are Let’s Golf2, N.O.V.A, and Asphalt6, which also has good quality. Just like watching or viewing 3D photo collection, you can manage the 3D depth level when playing game. You can also turn off 3D feature when needed.
